1. Only a select number of villas & apartments are advertised with us which ensures you will be more than pleased with the personal service and accommodation that you will receive.
2. The whole process of making the initial enquiry to the end of your holiday is straight forward and stress free. The booking process is simple, transfers from and to the airport can be arranged and/or information on car hire can be given.
3. We arrange for our Cyprus Representative to be there upon your arrival if requested for a ‘meet and greet’. You will be shown around the villa and given lots of local information. Not everyone wishes to have someone meet them, but rest assured our reps will be on hand throughout your holiday if you need them.
4. You will be provided with a welcome pack/light refreshments upon arrival.
5. Villa entertainment is high on our list of priorities. Internet access is available at all of our villas. All villas/apartments have android/satellite TV (apart from Villa Debora who supply DVD player with selection of DVD’s).
For babies, we have safety gates, travel cots and highchairs available at no extra charge.
6. We provide you with information portfolios, details about appliances, useful contact numbers & local information.
7. You will have a direct number of the Property Manager to help you if required.
8. We can provide you with other information re: excursions, local park attractions, good places to eat and much much more.

1. Select which villa/apartment you would like to stay in.
2. Send your enquiry via the 'Booking Enquiry' button shown on the property page stating your name, contact details, chosen villa/apartment and the dates you would like to stay.
3. Expect a quick reply, normally within 3 hours and your dates will be reserved if requested.
4. Your booking form will be emailed to you and is completed, either online or via post. Once we have received your completed booking form and received your deposit your dates are confirmed and you can look forward to your holiday.
The full rental balance + refundable damage deposit payment will be due 8 weeks before your holiday starts. All payments are confirmed by email/text immediately.
